How do I start planning my fully bespoke itinerary in Paris or France?

  • As the organization of a tailor-made stay or exclusive experience depends on the availability of carefully selected partners and venues — often private, confidential, and sometimes with very limited capacity, particularly during the high season from May to October — we strongly encourage you to contact us as soon as your travel dates to France are confirmed.
  • You may then share with us your interests and your wishes in terms of experiences, visits, and places you would like to discover. Based on this, we will design a fully tailor-made program for you, which we will refine and finalize together to ensure it perfectly matches your expectations.

What is the payment process to secure my booking?

Upon your preference and the booking amount, we propose the payment by credit card (VISA, Mastercard, American Express) or by wire transfer

Could a tour or full stay booked with you be refunded in case our trip is canceled?

Considering that we design your tour and full stay on a fully tailor-made basis and that cancellation policies for experiences, private tours, services, and other arrangements vary significantly depending on our partners and service providers, our cancellation terms are generally determined on a case-by-case basis.
